Control Center Screens

Control Center screen. On this screen, you are presented with a summary of your installation. You can quickly turn ChatAlert! off when you are online by clicking the green on button. Selecting a button on the left takes you to other settings and configuration options.
SMS notifications. In the SMS notifications screen you can quickly and easily turn SMS alerts on or off, change you alert mobile phone number and test the service. Clicking on the Email tab takes you to the email settings where you can change email accounts, enable or disable email alerts and test your email alerts.
Settings screen. The settings screen allows you to customise the chat monitoring settings (affection, drugs, meeting, family etc) that alters the inbuilt dictionaries that ChatAlert! uses to monitor conversations and activity. You can also easily change the Alert levels. Clicking on the tabs across the top takes you to other settings options.

Exclude screen. The exclude screen allows you to add web sites that may be giving false alerts - for example, a research site required for a school project that discusses online predators. Selecting the Include tab allows you to add sites that will automatically send an alert if your children visit (for example, a game site or chat site that you do not allow them to spend time on).
Messages screen. The messages screen allows you to customise the messages your children receive (on-screen and computer voice) once an alert has been sent, or if you select A (warn your child) as your response to an alert. Messages can be customised to include the child's name or to reiterate a personalised message.
Other screen. This section allows you to set the default response in case you can not reply to an alert. Simply select response type A, B or C and set the time delay before the automated response takes place. The sensitivity slider enables you to set the frequency of rule breaches before an alert is sent. This setting is useful for those receiving too few, or too many alerts. The next tab, Password, allows you to change you password at anytime.
Logs screen. ChatAlert! keep logs of when alerts are sent and the responses you gave. This provides you with a complete record of your children's infringements of you rules, and your responses. This information is stored within ChatAlert!, ensuring your (and your children's) privacy is maintained.
